Descendants of Northern Horse-riders, Kim Su-ro

Kim Su-ro is the first king of Gaya, a thousand years ago. A legend tells that Kim was from the heaven. Where did he really come from? Who were the ruling people of Gaya? The ancient tombs in Daeseong-dong, a southeastern town, have the evidence and relics of northern nomadic people. The truth finding of Gaya begins in the heart of Asian continent.

Queen Heo Introduces and Blends Southern Culture

The Dae-seong-dong tombs produced a large number of vane-shaped bronze relics. They are rare that, in Japan, similar ones are only found in royal tombs. Then, what does the finding implicate? Then, the vane-shaped bronze ware leads to Japan and to India. At the last stop was Queen Heo Hwang-ok, the wife of King Kim Su-ro. She was a princess from the Indian country of Ayuta or Ayodhya. What changes did she bring to the Korean Peninsula in the 1st century?

The evidence of mass war is found in Daeseong-dong. Some of the unfinished tombs had a large number of weaponries and bones of the wounded. What happened in the southern part of the peninsula around 400 A.D.? Gaya collapsed under attack from another ancient Korean dynasty, Goguryeo. Its advanced iron weapons seemed to be useless to advancing Goguryeo’s massive army of over 50,000 troops. Why was Gaya attacked? Why did it disappear from the history? In the ancient world, iron was not only a decisive factor in war but also important to the level of culture. KBS Hidden History searches for answers to unrecorded history of Gaya and its irons.

History is never silent!

The people of Gaya built gigantic tombs. Where did they go? Where are the records of the people? They seemed to have vanished into the thin air after the intense war with Goguryeo. Choe In-ho draws a new conclusion about Gaya.

About the time of Gaya’s fall, Japan’s population increased dramatically and its culture significantly advanced. What do these mean? Japan’s imperial tombs had the relics of the northern nomadic people. Here and there in Japan are the traces of horse-riding people. Where did they come from?

Kim Jong-hwa returns with yet another mystery, “Dark Angel”. In January, he won two weeks in a row but missed his final victory by a narrow margin. Will he be able to grab the grand prize this time?

A computer game addict is struggling to beat his addiction with the help of psychiatrist. However, he realizes he now has symptoms of sleepwalking. Coincidentally, a series of murders has been reported.
